We would like to thank you for your continued support of Radel, Smith & Associates. It has been a long-standing tradition for our firm to provide the highest quality services to each and every client, and we are honored to be serving you.
During the past few years, our industry has undergone significant changes. Large national consolidators acquired smaller firms and incorporated them into giant corporations. In opposition to this trend, we have made a commitment to remain independent and focused upon our hometown of Bowling Green. It is with this in mind that we would like to share with you some very exciting news.
We have decided to strengthen the reach and resources of Radel, Smith & Associates by joining forces with William Vaughan Company (WVC), a long-standing local firm known for its quality and excellence. As part of WVC, we will further enhance the services we provide to our clients and become more competitive in the marketplace. We are extremely excited and honored to join WVC, as it ranks among the top accounting firms to work for and has been repeatedly recognized as a proactive industry leader and provider of exceptional client service.
As of July 1, 2021, our firm will assume the name William Vaughan Company. Our office will remain located here in Bowling Green at our current address of 175 East Washington Street. As mentioned, a major benefit of our association with WVC will be access to expanded service capabilities and a talent pool unmatched by any other local firm. Of course, we will continue to provide the high quality of service that you are currently receiving. Please be assured that all of the current employees of Radel, Smith & Associates will still be working from this office. There will be additional team members working here as well. I look forward to introducing these new team members to you as they will allow me to take a step back from the day-to-day operations. However, I will be available for you whenever it is advisable.
We anticipate that this change will provide little to no disruption in serving you, but instead increase the benefits you receive from our efforts. Our team is very excited about this step, taking us to the next level in serving your needs.
